Responsive Conference isn’t an average industry event. Attendees embark on a two-day exploration of the Future of Work, with a program that’s built around experiential learning, critical discussion, and practical actions for their own organizational change efforts.
At Responsive Conference, there is no sit-and-passively-absorb learning. Every aspect of the conference is meticulously curated to provide incredible take-aways for participants. Through alternative formats like “fishbowls”, interviews on the round, and themed small group breakouts, the conference is designed to be an interactive learning environment which conveys what it means to be part of an incredible company culture.
Each year, the event takes place at alternative locations, such as the children’s science museum, The Lawrence Hall of Science, in 2016, and Zappos HQ and the acclaimed Las Vegas Downtown Project in 2019. Founder Robin Zander pulls on his experience in the circus and performing arts to create interactive exhibits and works closely with every speaker to design custom content relevant to the audience.
Responsive Conference provides a space for generating and sharing new and proven ideas amongst industry professionals. It brings together leading practitioners in organizational design and human development to hone best practices and tactics for working in the 21st century.
