What kind of commercials do you make?

All kinds, from short spots to longer explainer videos focused on elevating your brand. 

Do you do other types of video? 

Sure we do. Most of our work is live action, but we love everything from animation to live event capture. Impactful storytelling is our thing, so if there is a chance to get creative, we’ll absolutely take it. 

What clients do you typically work with?

We’re picky. We like working with excellent communicators, who are excited about creative collaboration. And they have to be passionate about their product, service, or offering.

Our clients range from small up-and-coming startups to large well-established companies. Our sweet spot? Not going to lie: We love working with brands with a budget.

How much will it cost to make my video? 

The cost of your video will depend on a number of factors, and we do our best to be transparent as we scope the project. Explainer videos start at $45,000, but can also cost a lot more. 

How long will it take to make my video?

From start to finish, it can take up to three months to create your video. That said, some of our best work was produced in 10 days! We can work with you on a timeline to fit your needs.

How big is your film crew? 

Depending on the size of the production, there can be anywhere from three to 30 people involved. With COVID-19, we’re working a bit differently, though. Take a look through our COVID-19 safety practices.

How many revisions do I get? 

Three! First, we’ll deliver a rough cut. Once you review it and provide feedback, we will deliver a second, polished cut. After that, you’ll have one more chance to make changes before we deliver the final cut. You can also read more about our process.

If I change my mind after you deliver the finished product, will there be additional costs?

Yes. Changes to the final cut will incur additional expense.

Can you help with distribution?

Yes! The last thing we want is for your video to get buried in email or sit in a Dropbox folder and never see the light of day.  

Right from the start of our work together, we’ll make sure you have a distribution plan in place. And we can help supplement your promotional efforts, too, if you don’t have the capacity already in place.

Where are you located? Do you travel?

We’re all over the place. Some folks are in San Francisco, others in Austin, and New York City. 

We do travel, but prefer to work in and around one of our designated hubs.

What color is a mirror?

Woah, didn’t see that one coming! But it’s a great question. Supposedly, a typical mirror is a greenish block of soda-lime with a shiny back – but don’t quote us on that.
